How can I place an order?

To place an order, select the desired in stock product, place it in the shopping cart and click on “Proceed to checkout”. Follow the instructions to enter your address details and select the payment method.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard & Maestro.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are on us and therefore free on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order quantity.

How long does the delivery take?

As a rule, the delivery time is 6-12 business days after placing your order. The processing of your order usually takes 1-2 business days.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via our Contact Page or reach us at info@theodore-isadora.com
We will send you a replacement product immediately.

How can I return an item?

You can return items within 30 days of receipt, hassle free. Please contact us via our Contact Page to initiate the return process.

Where can I check my order status?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code. You can use this code to check the status of your delivery on our Track & Trace page.
